Losing Sight of Shore is the story of four women who set out to row across the Pacific Ocean from America to Australia. Witness the awe-inspiring landscapes and heart-stopping moments of their incredible journey and be inspired by their relentless pursuit of a dream that stretches far beyond the horizon.
Canada’s own ocean rowing team, Free From the Harbour, is undertaking a journey to row 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in 2025 to support the Marine Animal Response Society. The team will be available after the screening to answer your questions about their Atlantic expedition and the sport of ocean rowing.
This is a fundraising event, all proceeds will benefit the team to help them purchase their own ocean rowing boat!
