$25.00Toronto-based folk-pop artist SHEAL is playing an intimate homecoming show on Sunday, November 24th, at The Sanctuary Arts Centre to celebrate the release of her latest EP ‘golden hours’.
Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Sheilagh McNab is known by her stage name SHEAL. She discovered her passion for songwriting at seventeen and honed her craft on the East Coast (Nova Scotia) before moving to Toronto. In 2022, SHEAL released her debut EP, “Courage Again,” produced by Matthew Johnston and recorded while eight-and-a-half months pregnant. SHEAL describes her music as a journey of finding her voice and pushing through fear, capturing a sense of authenticity and intimacy.
SHEAL’s latest EP, “golden hours,” is set to be released in Fall 2024 and was produced by Gavin Gardiner and James Robertson (MOONRIIVR). The EP will continue these themes with evocative piano and her signature honey-tinged vocals, embodying a raw and intimate step forward.
