In this 60-minute workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of moving gracefully and sensually in heels, with a focus on techniques that will complement your burlesque performances.

First, we will work on perfecting your walk, showing off the beautiful lines of your body, and getting spicy with some floorwork. Then we’ll put it all together and learn a short combination so you can show off everything you’ve learned.

Instructor Bio: Honey Fury is a burlesque and heels dance performer and instructor from St. John’s, Newfoundland. Over the past 15+ years of her burlesque career, she has facilitated several burlesque workshops, choreographed for local productions, and has trained and taught with The Arch Method (formally Army of Sass) – a heels dance and performance training program
