The Underground Comedy Railroad is marking its 12th anniversary, a significant milestone for this groundbreaking all-black comedy tour in Canada. The Halifax showcase on February 10 at 7:30pm and 9:30pm will feature Keesha Brownie, Rodney Ramsey, Tamara Shevon, Daniel Woodrow and special guest Travis Lindsay.
