Join us for a casual afternoon of puzzling for the Extra Life Tabletop Weekend Fundraiser for the IWK, where teams of 2-4 people complete a puzzle of your choosing from our retail library! Choose your difficulty: Casual (500pc) or Challenging (1000pc)! **

We’ll also be hosting a PUZZLE SWAP. Bring along your completed puzzles to swap with other puzzlers! Please ensure puzzles have all pieces accounted for! Puzzle Swap will run between 12pm and 2pm.

*Note this format is way more casual than our Puzzle Palooza puzzle races! There’s no one timing you, and we’re not competing – just vibing with our local puzzle community! *

This event costs $36.99 plus tax per team to attend and you get to keep the puzzle! Your ticket includes admission to the Board Room Game Café, granting everyone access to both the event and our collection of 700+ board games after the event (provided there is space – we recommend booking a table up front if you want to play after 4pm)!

Event is ALL AGES, but please note that any guests under 14 must be accompanied by a chaperone.

Doors open at 12pm, and puzzling will start at your own pace! But make sure to pick one you can finish by 4pm, as we’ll need to reset the room afterwards for our evening TTRPG event also in support of Extra Life.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Seating is limited so please let us know if you can no longer make it! If you have to cancel for any reason, please email events@boardroomgames. ca.

Tickets cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the event are eligible for a full refund on ticket price. Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours are eligible for 50% refund. There will be no refunds for no shows.
