“Buyer” means individuals or entities purchasing tickets through HRMEvents.
“User” encompasses both Sellers and Buyers, including any individual or entity engaging with our services.
“Services” encapsulate all functionalities, features, and offerings provided by HRMEvents.
Use of Our Services
Users affirm they are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
HRMEvents acts as a platform connecting Sellers and Buyers, not as a direct seller or reseller.
Listings and transactions are subject to Sellers’ specific terms, including refund or exchange policies.
Privacy and Data Policy
We prioritize data security, employing measures for data collection primarily around comments, media, cookies, and tracking with provisions for data removal upon request.
Data sharing is restricted, ensuring secure storage and limited access.
Listing, Pricing, and Marketing of Tickets
Accuracy in ticket listings is crucial; HRMEvents reserves the right to modify or remove listings violating our guidelines.
Pricing discretion remains with the Seller, subject to compliance with applicable laws.
Marketing responsibility lies primarily with the event organizer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Transactions incur a service fee, detailed at the point of sale. All transactions will include applicable taxes and fees as determined and retained by our platform unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment processing is secure, with specific policies governing refunds and exchanges as set by the Seller.
Refunds within 25 days of the event are not permitted, barring circumstances outlined by the Seller.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
HRMEvents disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permissible, not liable for indirect damages related to service use.
Users agree to indemnify HRMEvents against claims arising from their service use.
Technical errors within the platform will be addressed promptly, though HRMEvents assumes no liability for potential impacts on sales or event success.
Event and Account Management
Event information must be submitted accurately, with HRMEvents reserving the right to remove content deemed offensive, inappropriate or otherwise damaging to HRMEvents or its partners.
Account security is the responsibility of the event organizer, with a single login credential provided.
Additional Policies
Adherence to HRMEvents, AboutNovaScotia.ca, RedE Media Inc., and partner policies, including but not limited to our venue and software partners, is required. For any questions or assistance, contact our privacy officer at [email protected].
Discrepancies in ticket sales or orders should be reported with supporting evidence for resolution. In the case of discrepancies in the number of ticket sales or orders reported, the authoritative figure will be the data displayed on the user interface at (https://aboutnovascotia.ca/hrmevents/myevents/listofevents)
